Private Projects publishes African construction tender bulletins and support services on the internet.
Disciplines include civil, building (the trades, structural steel,plumbing etc. included), electrical,
air-conditioning, fencing and security (including access control), plant hire(supply and maintenance),
materials, consulting and other tenders that are related to the construction industry.
The tender bulletin is updated daily on working days at close of business and archived on the day
the tender closes.
The bulletin gives a brief description of the contract, site inspection data, closing dates,
document collection details, Client/Project Manager contact details and pertinent restriction data.
Tenders can be filtered by region, category, keywords, contract number, consultant and date.
Tenders are sourced from Clients, Professional Teams, Consultants,Government Provincial Tender Bulletins
and over 80 Newspapers.
Every effort is made to publish bulletins timeously and thus ensuring that you have sufficient time to arrange
attendance at site inspections and meet any other criteria required by the Client.

2. Leads 2 Quotes(L2Q)

Leads 2 Quotes(L2Q) offers a quick cost effective and efficient way to request material and
subcontract prices(RFQ's) at pre-tender stage.
The L2Q system allows you to pre sort the electronic bill and match bill items to our database of respective
suppliers or your own private supplier list.
The supplier responds by logging into an online collaboration webpage and completing his prices.
A comprehensive management system allows you to monitor progress or customise your needs.

3.Tender Awards

Bulletins can be filtered by region, industry, contract number, keywords and date etc.
Details include the initial tender bulletin and the name of the contractor who was awarded the contract.

4. Daily Tender Advisory

For your convenience, we provide a daily tender advisory e-mail notifying you of all tenders
up-loaded for the day.
This is an abbreviated listing giving a contract number, description, site inspection date and region.
The advisory is split into 11 categories: civil, building, electrical, air-conditioning, fencing and security, plant,

Full details are accessed by clicking on a hyperlink in the e-mail, taking you to the details
for that tender.

If the Project Managers will not release an electronic version of the bill then you can fax through a
copy for conversion to electronic format.
